We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the welcoming staff, excellent breakfast with delicious bacon and scrambled eggs, and the charming location on a farm with horses. We also appreciated the spacious and clean room, as well as the convenient parking.

Nothing could have been better.

The complex "Baumanns Hof" is situated in a lonely rural setting in idyllic countryside and close to the Kirchdorfer Heide, where beautiful hiking trails lead through very charming countryside. The accommodation is modern furnished, very clean and spacious. The reception and restaurant staff is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant has a very good reputation in the region - which I can only confirm. A good choice of meals and very good food in more than sufficient portions. The prices are reasonable. The beautiful, heated winter garden allows you to enjoy the view of the landscape during breakfast and dinner. The candles and the ambience make the stay in the restaurant pleasant. The breakfast buffet is characterized by its selection and freshness (fruit salad). Scrambled eggs and bacon are also on offer. All in all a very recommendable accommodation. Especially families and horse lovers get their money's worth. You can put your own horses in the rental boxes. Riding places are available - as well as outdoor courses through the heath. A very tidy miniature golf course and a playground complete the offer.

The juices at breakfast should be of higher quality (no nectars with added sugar)

The staff was very friendly. We could move into the room immediately upon arrival. It was very clean and the furniture was also modern and attractive. The cake selection was fantastic.

The bed sheets should be urgently renewed (because they are totally perforated - either from washing or from moth infestation?) The breakfast was tasty. But there was not much choice. There were also frozen bread rolls and bland tasting cold cuts from the bulk pack. There is a minus point for the service, which was friendly but not really attentive (e.g. the cold cuts were only refilled after more than 20 minutes when there were only two left slices of cheese). Another negative point to note is that the staff cannot give any information about the ingredients of the cake. Already weak.

The food was tasty and plentiful, with a good variety of local dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering to set up a table with party favors for our new year celebration. The location had some beautiful scenic views and offered on-site activities, like horse riding and tennis, which made for a fun day out in the countryside.

The rooms were outdated and not kept to a high standard. The heating system didn't work in one of our rooms, which wasn't ideal for the cold winter nights.

Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, dinner was reasonable.

Room was very smelly. Rooms are next to horse house on farm and with old fashion furniture. TV was without satellite, only German programs.

We stayed on a farm with beautiful views of the countryside and the horse riding center was just steps away. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a little cramped and the bed was covered in a noisy plastic sheet. Despite this and the lack of charging facilities for our electric car, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was satisfactory.

Beautiful location, spacious room, friendly staff, delicious food and drink, good value for money.

Not one thing.

The breakfast was alright, there was a decent selection of food and the coffee was quite good. The hotel was situated in a quiet area with easy access to the main road and had ample parking space which was convenient. Additionally, the staff was friendly and welcoming which made our stay a bit more enjoyable.

The room we were given was quite disappointing. The bathroom was very small and the curtains didn't block out any light making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the bed was covered with a plastic sheet that made us sweat and was quite uncomfortable. Lastly, the overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired as we found a leak in the ceiling. we were quite disappointed with our Easter stay at this hotel and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and restful stay.
